Super friendly staff and great environment! Starting with the front desk, we met Kelli who was very helpful and had a smile on her face. Emily took my 5 year old son’s X-rays and took extra time to explain to him the importance of flossing and how it affects your teeth in a way that he could understand. Dr. Lizzie was very kind and fabulous with my son. Overall- great place and we will be returning!

My Son Evan had an appointment here today for the first time. The office is very nice and decorated super cute. Ashley at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The lady who took the x-rays and cleaned his teeth and the Dentist were both super patient and sweet with my son! Very good appointment!

Dr Lizzie and her staff are absolutely amazing. They show care and compassion to every patient. My daughter is 8 and my son is 3 and they enjoy going to the dentist. My 3 year old gives the girls a rough time, but it is nothing personal. He is just rotten. … The waiting room is warm and inviting. The play room is good entertainment for the children while they wait. The staff is always playing a kid friendly movie. It is 100% a great experience all around.

Mason , our grandson, thoroughly enjoys his visits there. He feels comfortable and not a bit scared. We would recommend them to everyone. Today was our first visit. My toddler has cerebral palsy and I wasn’t sure how the appointment was going to go. Ashley and Kelli at the front desk were super friendly and extremely helpful! They make the check in process quick and painless. The playroom had a bunch of fun toys and a kids movie was playing on the television in the lobby. They worked with my daughter’s apprehension of her first cleaning and made alterations to her exam based on how my daughter reacted. Dr. Lizzie is super friendly and easy to talk to. My toddler loved getting a token to use in the in-office vending machine! This is an amazing facility and staff, that made my daughter’s first appointment a success!

I have been going to Creative Pediatric Dentistry in Teays Valley WV for 2 years and would not take my kids anywhere else. They make it fun for the kids. Hygienist named Katie was excellent and could tell she loves her job. Everybody there is very friendly and easy to talk to and makes the kids feel comfortable. Dr. Lizzie is very knowledgeable and my kids Sydney and Calvin love her and the rest of the staff. The place is also very clean.

I took both my children (almost two and almost four) for their first ever dentist appointment. We were all nervous! The atmosphere of the office is so inviting and so child centered, the kids immediately made themselves at home. Kelly was at the reception desk and got us situated and the techs did a great job with the cleaning – especially Emily coaxing my very reluctant toddler to open her mouth! MY older child had to get x-rays and was distressed at having another step added but the team came together and was able to help him through it without him feeling forced. Great first experience. We will definitely be sticking with Dr. O’Dell as our family dentist!

Ashley and Kelli up front were great working with me over the phone to get my paperwork done online, answering questions and getting us checked in. All the employees there seem to be great with kids, and made us feel very comfortable. My son was very scared for his first visit and Dr. Lizzie and staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and not make him feel bad for being so upset! We took our son and 2 foster sons here for the their very first dentist visit. The staff is also nice and make it a really enjoyable experience for the kids. On our last visit, Emily was very kind and patient with my son while he got his X-rays. The kids actually look forward to going to the dentist now.
